Shipping & Pickup Policy

Processing Times

Many Thoughtfully Extra items are made to order. Processing time is the time needed to create, prepare, and package your order before it ships.

Processing times may vary by product and current order volume. Please refer to individual product listings for any collection-specific or time-sensitive processing information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Thoughtfully Extra offers the following shipping options:

  • Continental United States: $7.95 flat-rate standard shipping.

  • Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders of $100 or more within the continental United States.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected USPS service.

  • TTP Studio Pickup: Complimentary for eligible Nutcracker 2026 orders only.

Most made-to-order apparel requires approximately 7–10 business days for production before shipping. Processing times may vary by product, order volume, and collection. Please refer to individual product listings for specific production timelines.

Shipping transit time is additional to production time. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly update the address if your order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the package can be redirected or recovered.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout may be the customer's responsibility.

TTP Studio Pickup – Nutcracker Orders

TTP Studio Pickup is currently available for eligible TTP Nutcracker orders only.

If your order qualifies, you may select TTP Studio Pickup at checkout instead of shipping. There is no shipping charge for orders using this pickup option.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive your ready-for-pickup notification before attempting to collect your order.

TTP Studio Pickup is a fulfillment option only. Thoughtfully Extra is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or operated by To The Pointe Dance Centre.

Nutcracker 2026 — TTP Studio Pickup Schedule

Complimentary studio pickup is available for eligible Nutcracker 2026 orders at To The Pointe Dance Centre.

Orders are produced and delivered to the studio in scheduled batches based on the following order deadlines:

  • Order by October 10: Anticipated studio delivery by October 17.
  • Order by October 17: Anticipated studio delivery by October 24.
  • Order by October 24: Anticipated studio delivery by November 1.

These scheduled pickup dates are specific to the Nutcracker 2026 collection and may differ from our standard production timelines.

Studio delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers will receive an email notification when their order has been delivered to the studio and is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before collecting your order.

Ordering for the November 8 performance?

We recommend placing your order by October 24 and selecting TTP Studio Pickup.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will help however we reasonably can. Thoughtfully Extra cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
